Redstripe felt a cat's gaze on her back. She looked behind her and saw Hawkstar walk off. She felt a chill. But then she smelt Sunpaw and calmed down again.

[*Spanglestar]

"Mother?" Sunpaw whispered. He sighed at again looked at Redstripe.

(HAWKSTAR) Remembering Wildpath and herself as kits, Hawkstar decided not to go to them. But all the same, she felt a pang of sadness in her old mate, but happiness in her new mate and kits, whom she loved very dearly.

Redstripe sighed. She would not give up her love for Sunpaw for anything. "Are you hungry?" She asked, suddenly realizing her growling stomach.

[*Spanglestar]

"Yes. Are you?" Sunpaw asked.

"Yes." She purred, and got up and grabbed a fish for Sunpaw; she still had her fish from earlier.

[Flamefur]

A little ways away sat Eaglepaw. The ginger she-cat was depressed. Her brother was in love with her mentor! And she was just a stupid she-cat. Eaglepaw felt her heart was betrayed. Could she still trust her brother or her mentor? They were going to be mates and they were over nine moons apart! Well, her grandfather Brambleclaw was a warrior when his mate was born... but still! He was a very young warrior! Eaglepaw glared at the two cats. "I hate you!" she hissed as the cats turned their gaze, shocked, at Eaglepaw. The young ginger she-cat turned and sprinted far away. She ran as far as she could.

Shocked, Sunpaw turned to Redstripe. "Redstripe! What should we do? She'll never become a warrior if she keeps this up!" he meowed, thinking of going after her.

Redstripe sighed. "Why does she have to do this? Let's go find her." Redstripe got up.

[*Spanglestar]

Sunpaw nodded and raced after the warrior.
