Hawkstar leaped onto the Great Oak to look at her Clan making its way into the hollow to wait for the other Clans to arrive. A full moon shone brightly and its reflection showed in the lake. This made Hawkstar feel warm for some reason, even though the night was chilly. She scooted over to make room for the other leaders, even though she was the only one there. She hoped that the other Clans wouldn't take too long. She didn't want her warriors to get impatient. An unhappy RiverClan warrior brings trouble to the Clan, Hawkstar remembered, thinking of the words her mother had told her. She gazed up at Silverpelt, knowing that her mother could see her. She was sure that her mother would be pleased with her.

Midnightstar trotted through the brush entering the clearing with a few RiverClan cats. Her clan emerged from the bushes behind her proud, brave and strong. She loved her clan and Flamefur more than anything, and would do nothing to give it up. The full moon slowed in her emerald eyes as they padded confidently in. She knew StarClan would always be with them, no matter where. A smile spreads across her face as she leaped gracefully up the great oak to sit on the highest visible branch. She wanted to be as close to StarClan as possible, thugh she knew they were always right beside her. Clearing er head she asked, "Hi Hawkstar! How are you?"

Being Lunafire's first gathering as Deputy, Lunafire felt estatic at the thought of telling old friends that he was deputy. While he was still looking for a friend, he noticed Shadowclan coming in to the clearing.

"Hello!" The WindClan leader Bramblestorm yowled to the other leaders. He saw Birchstar and the other ShadowClan cats arriving. His brother Sparrowpelt followed bravely behind, a glint in his eyes.

Hawkstar nodded to Midnightstar. She whispered, " RiverClan is well. How is ThunderClan?"

"We're great. My kits Stormpaw and Maple paw are doing great in training and I expect to make them warriors early." Mindihgtpaw whispered back.
