If so, what powers and weaknesses: Hurricanestar has the power so that she can almost read other cats' minds. She is very close to StarClan and when she is heartbroken, she turns into a hurricane, devastating cats around, but killing no one. (only happened twice)
History: She was born in a litter of one as a small cat, and now she is smallish-average.
