"Hello, Stormpaw." Ravenfeather said in the ThunderClan clearing. He knew she was young... too young. But what if a new cat moved in? Brushfire? "Can... can I talk to you by the Sky Oak the day you become a warrior? Meet me at moonhigh." He quickly meowed, looking at her. "It'll just-be too early before then I think." he murmured, turning away.

Stormpaw felt a little stung at Ravenfeather words. She was only 2 moons younger, so it wasn't a lot. She shook her head and meowed to Lunafire, "sure! I'll come, it'll get me closer to being a warrior. My mother said that I'll become a warrior soon, so I need to get more training in." She told her mentor. She padded off after him as he lead the patrol away.

Ravenfeather felt the akwardness in the air as they padded alone with Lunafire through the brush. What if another cat came and decided to be her mate before her apprenticing ceremony? What would Midnightstar say? He ran to the Leader's den to ask her.
