Badgerkit looked up at the sky. She saw even more clouds darkening.
Hawkstar growled and a dark wisp of clouds covered the moon. She brushed her scent over all of the cats, reminding them that StarClan was angry.
"Applepaw" Badgerkit whispered.

Badgerkit frowned. This wasn't going well. Suddenly she smelled her grandmother's scent. She had never met her, but she had visited her in dreams once or twice. Badgerkit tilted her head.
