Hawkstar padded up to Sunhawk. She dipped her head. "Sunhawk, don't do this to yourself."
The dark brown twirled around to come face-to-face with his mother. "Why? I have no mate, no mother, and no life!" He narrowed his eyes.
Hawkstar's hazel eyes overflowed with sympathy. "Sunhawk, I went through a time like this. I was close to my mother. But I didn't lose my mate at almost the same time. I had sadness until I met Flamefur..." her voice trailed off. "He changed my life." she mewed simply. "Please, Sunhawk. You're too young to join StarClan." the tortoiseshell pressed her nose against her son's.
Suddenly Sunhawk fainted, an agonizing shock zapping through his empty stomach. "Redstar..."

Redstar saw her mate from StarClan. "Sunhawk, I'm with you always and forever. If you must, find a new mate." she sighed. "I want you to be happy."

"What about... what about Stormflower? Or Midnightstar? or Birchstar?" Redstar suggested hopefully. "I've been watching you and I will always love you, but you deserve to feel happy. that's all I need. Find a new mate." with that, the red tabby she-cat disappeared.

OOC: And Stormflower has a mate, unless Ravenfeather dies or somethin, or if you want to delete him. But she would be Sunny's mate if Ravenfeather left.

Stormflower winced and shifted uneasily, hearing Sunhawk's words. She still remembered when she and the tom had played together at the gathering when they first became warriors. She narrowed her eyes. And she also remembered when Redstar; Redstripe then; had been jealous. She shook her head to clear her thoughts, her emerald gaze; like her mothers; gazed warmly down at the RiverClan tom, worried on what would happen to his eyes, and if he'd be alright.

Sunhawk turned his gaze, squinting, to the gorgeous she-cat. "StarClan...they have betrayed me. All except Hawkstar and Redstar. But she's right. I do need another cat. But who?"

Stormflower winced, not sure what to do. She decided to keep silent, even though she had heard what the tom had spoken. Who new what could happen-everything was probably, especially in the life of a true clan warrior.

Cloudwhisker awoke and saw Sunhawk. Two starry warriors stood by him. Hawkstar and Redstar! He caught the word 'mate' in his ears. ThunderClan had many she-cats... then his ears perked. Dustpaw! The warrior turned and sprinted towards the border.

Dustpaw sat at the edge of the small island, the moonlight glowing down onto her soft, silky pale orange pelt. Slowly, flicking her tail back and forth, she stared out across the shimmering lake, waiting for Cloudpaw. When would he get here?
Midnightstar flicked her emerald gaze across the clearing, trying to spot Flamefur. Where was he?

Flamefur padded out of camp to the ThunderClan clearing. "Midnightstar!" he yowled excitedly. "Sorry I haven't visited. Eaglestar just became leader and Redstar died and everything."
Cloudwhisker soon saw Dustpaw by the moor. "Dustpaw! I'm a warrior now! Cloudwhisker!" he meowed excitedly.

Hawkstar frowned then sighed. She'd have to live with it. Well, die with it. She was already dead anyway. Why should she care what happened on earth? But she did.

Midnightstar purred in delight at seeing him. She gently touched muzzles with the ginger tom and mewed, "that very sad to hear that you've lost a clan mate, I know what it can feel like. But thats great that Eaglestripe-I mean Eaglestar- is leader! It must be a great privalage." She smiled, though she slightly dipped her head to Redstar, who must be watching.
Dustpaw turned excitedly. "Thats wonderful! ThunderClan's just been so buisy and all, my mother doesn't have a whole lot of time to train me. Though, if I get another hunting lesson and then and assesment, I've passed my hunting!" She licked the white tom between the ears affectionately, her lime yellow-green eyes glimmering with enthusiasm. "Its been a long while since I've seen you! At least a quarter moon, if not more."
