Mossheart lay in the nursery, waiting for the kits to come. A painful jolt went through her and soon, she had two wet kits by her side.
A large dark brown tabby tom with amber eyes curled up to her. She wrapped a paw around him and named him quietly. "Tigerkit."
Another one stood right up and mewed loudly. He was a red tabby tom. "Redkit." she meowed.

Midnightstar turned, hearing a loud mew. Her eyes opened in astonishment and she leapt over.
"Rainflower!" She called. The she-cat came padding out with herbs in her jaws.
"Mossheart, do you need anything? I will help with whatever you need. I can send out a patrol for more prey, or I could go myself," she offered, twitching her ears.
Stormflower quickly padded over. Seeing the young kits she meowed, "there beautiful!"
Mapleclaw raced over, smiling. "They will make great warriors."
Snowpaw, followed by her two brothers bounded over.
"Look! New kits to play with!" She meowed excitedly. Her brothers Darkpaw and Flounderpaw nodded enthusiastically.

"I'm fine. This is Redkit and this is Tigerkit." Mossheart introduced them, pointing at them with her nose.

"They will be trained in best ways possible, I promise you."

"I know." Mossheart purred. Redkit stood and stared curiousely at Midnightstar. "Who're you?"

Midnightstar purred with amusement.
"I am Midnightstar, leader of ThunderClan. Welcome to the clan, young one."

Spottedheart padded up to the nursery seeing all of the comotion. "Whats going on?," she meowed but then she saw the kits and she meowed," Oh Mossheart! They are beautiful."

Hollyfoot padded up to the nursery because all of the other cats were there. " Are Mossheart's kits born? oh look they are so cute!," Hollyfoot exclaimed as she saw Redkit look at her. " Your kits will make wonderful warriors, Mossheart. I bet your so proud of your little ones! I would be if they were mine," after Hollyfoot said that she felt a sharp pang in her heart. I wish I could be a mother and have a mate of my own, she thought to herself.

Redkit squinted and stuck out his tongue at the corner of his mouth. Now when could he discuss his ambitious plots... and who with? He meowed out with sight laughter.
