Hawkstar swelled with pride as she left the medicine den. She made then new announcement from the StreamRock. She was going to have kits!

"Silly. Wildpath is dead," Hawkstar purred, amused. "He has been dead for ten moons, as Centerpatch and gloryflight and Milkpelt and Stubbornheart are very much warriors." Hawkstar threw up her head. She had to sound amused since she knew that Flamefur could not see the glint in her eye.
