Rowanstar's father was Scarpelt and his mother was Tawnyfur. His only sibling died during birth and was named Barkkit. Rowanstar was best friends with a she-cat named Goldenleaf but she died and he was devastated. For more information, see history.
Personality:
Rowanstar is sensitive and stubborn with a hint of jealousy for cats with mates ever since Goldenleaf died. He pricks his ears whenever his kits names or former mate's name is mentioned and is often very hesitant to address the Clan, but is a great leader all in all.
Appearance:
Rowanstar is a dark brown tabby with short, coarse fur that is rough to touch. His tail is mid-length and his paws and underbelly are white like his chest. The tip of his tail shares a small white patch and his nose has a white stripe down the middle.
History:
Rowankit was born to a tabby she-cat named Tawnyfur. Her mate Scarpelt had died before he was born in a battle against ThunderClan and his sibling Barkkit died while she gave birth. Another kit in the nursery named Goldenkit befriended him and even though she was older than him by two moons they soon got along and never seperated. Rowanpaw was made an apprentice early because Sagestar, the current leader, noticed their great friendship. After a few moons, they were made warriors. Rowanpaw was Rowanleaf and Goldenpaw Goldenleaf, so they could still be connected. A moon later, he asked her to be his mate and she said yes. She fell pregnant with his kits and gave birth to two healthy kits. She died during the birth and he was devastated. He named the light gray kit Rockkit and the golden kit that looked like her Goldenkit, after her. They are now two warriors: Goldenlake and Rockclaw. Now, Rowanleaf is Rowanstar as the leader of his Clan.

Rowanstar scented the air. Badger flooded his jaws and soon the black and white beast came in to sight. He leaped at it and sunk his teeth deep in to its scruff, yanking hard and ripping the back of its neck open. Blood spattered the ground as it slammed him to the earth and opened a scar in his shoulder. Rowanstar yowled in pain. "This is for you, Goldenleaf!" he ripped at the badgers throat and watched blood fill its fur and it lay down to die.
