Here is my idea. It's a big one and I don't expect anyone to like it, but I might as well throw in my two cents ^_^ We have a lot of unused boards, threads, and inactive members. This causes the site to be big but very untidy, no offense meant. I think that we should have a big clean up where the following is done: - Old threads moved to either a new 'archives' board or deleted
- All members that haven't been on for say, two weeks or so, deleted
- All inactive cats removed from the cats list
- Boards that are never used and unneeded removed with new, more important ones put in
- Rules updated
- Cat list updated
- New codes from Proboards Support added
- Skins deleted, redone, modified, and created
- Anything else to make the site cooler
I think that this would boost our member list, plus a bit of advertising and some extra effort. Now, for the pros and cons of the clean up. PROS- More active members
- Better site appearance
- Less confusion amongst members and guests
CONS- Lots of effort and teamwork needed
- Possibly need to close site for a little bit
As I said, this is just an idea. I'd be more than happy to help where possible and would love to hear feedback. Please tell me what you think! -- Flamefur of ThunderClan

These ideas are great, but I am pessimistic toward the deleting members. The more members, the more members they attract. And, if they ever wish to return, they may. But, I am up for new skins. Nikki, I'll give you the power to create skins, because I know you are wonderful at them. We can start with the forum skins project first off, which'll give me time to go over what can happen with the old boards.

Oh, and just a few weeks ago I'd also added a whole lot of new codes.
